Data practices

This notice explains the information handled by the site and the choices you make when using translation, local tools or email.

Reading the website

The site’s supplied code contains no analytics, advertising pixels or account system. Images, styles and the main site script are requested from the site itself. Non-English page translation loads a third-party service as explained below. Serving a page necessarily involves technical information such as an IP address and browser request data. Hosting infrastructure may process or retain access and security logs according to its configuration; this notice does not promise log-free hosting.

Automatic language selection and translation

English is the original language. In automatic mode, the site estimates a suitable language using your browser’s preferred languages, regional locale and configured time zone. These settings do not establish your physical location. A traveller, VPN user or incorrectly configured device may receive a different language from the one expected. No IP-based country lookup, precise location request or country-based redirect is used. The language menu lets you override the estimate on every page.

When a supported non-English language is selected automatically or manually, the site loads Google Translate. This makes requests to Google and related service infrastructure, exposing the technical request information normally involved in contacting an external service, including your IP address and browser information. Public page text is processed for translation. Google’s own privacy and service policies apply to that processing.

The site excludes input fields, message textareas and prepared drafts from translation. It does not intentionally send your entered name, email address, question or calculator field values to the translation service. Public calculator results and status messages can be translated; do not put private information into public page content through other software. As with any third-party JavaScript running on a page, the provider’s code executes in the browser, so this is not a guarantee of technical isolation from that provider.

Selecting English before using the tools avoids loading translation on subsequent English page visits. If translation has already loaded, changing to English restores the original display but does not unload third-party code already executed in that page. Reload the page after choosing English if you want to continue without the translation script. Review or save any unsent draft before reloading.

Translations are machine-generated and may contain errors, particularly in safety instructions, legal wording and technical terms. Consult the English original and exact manufacturer documentation where precision matters. Translation depends on the external service being available; if it is blocked or unavailable, the original English content remains available.

For provider information, read Google’s Privacy Policy. Storage details are listed in cookie and translation controls.

Local contact drafts

The contact tool builds a plain-text message in your browser. It does not submit the form to a server or store the draft in local storage. Your browser may retain form information through its own autofill, history or session-restoration features. Clear the form or close the page when using a shared device.

The copy button uses the Clipboard API after you request it. Your operating system or clipboard software may retain copied text. The download button creates a text file on your device. You control subsequent storage, sharing and deletion of that file.

Cost-calculator entries

Calculator inputs are used locally for arithmetic. The supplied calculator does not submit or persist them. If translation is active, its public result text can be processed by Google for translation. Its output is not a personalised financial recommendation or a record held by us.

Preference storage

The cookie-controls page saves a browser preference in local storage under relaymatfizzun-cookie-choice, containing “accept” or “essential.” The site-wide preference notice separately uses relayma-cookies, containing “all” or “essential.” Neither contains your name or contact details.

A manual language selection is saved under relaymatfizzun-language. It contains a language code or “auto” and remains until changed, cleared by you or removed by your browser. Automatic matching alone does not save a manual language preference. The translation service uses the googtrans cookie to remember the current translation. No analytics or advertising trackers are implemented by the supplied site code. Read cookie controls for choices and removal instructions.

Email you choose to send

If you send email to [email protected], the message, sender address and normal email metadata are handled by the email services involved. We use correspondence to consider the question, address corrections and maintain necessary communication records. Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your query.

Correspondence should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, related recordkeeping or legal obligations. We do not state a fixed retention period for every message because the circumstances may differ. Contact us to ask about a specific message.

Your questions and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information held about you. Send requests to the contact email with enough information to identify the correspondence. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You may also have the right to complain to your relevant data-protection authority.

External destinations and changes

Reference links and mail links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Google Translate is additionally loaded when non-English translation is active. This notice applies to relaymatfizzun.com, not external services. If the site’s data handling changes, this page should be updated to describe the new practice before it is introduced.
